Awesome flatwater spots and reliable and constant winds have always made Egypt one of the top destinations for kitesurfers. This is why especially the well knows spots like El Gouna, Somabay, etc. can be packed sometimes. A kitesurf cruise is an amazing experience and you will get away from the crowds and discover Egypt from another perspective. The spots we will visit are perfect for all kite levels. The water temperature is warm, you will only need a shorty or rash vest for sun protection. Typical kite size ranges from 9-12 m with the occasional 7 or 15m on some days. Best to check the wind forecast closer to the trip to decide which sizes to bring.

The Destination

Egypt offer rich culture, stunning dive spots - and of course amazing kite- and windsurf conditions. During this cruise you will explore different spots around the Hurghada area like Tawila Island. During the cruise you also have the possibility to go snorkeling or diving and explore what is under water.

The Experience

Exploring a kitesurfing area by boat offers a unique experience and gives you the chance to get to kite spots nobody else has easy access to. We have been running kite cruises since 2014, mostly on catamarans and on Luxury Motoryachts in Egypt. You will be living aboard a spacious and stunning Motoryacht for a week. Together with 22 other kitesurfers. Your days will be filled with kitesurfing, great food, wakeboarding, diving, relaxing on the boat, more kitesurfing and a few drinks in the evening with your new friends after a fun and active day.

Kitesurfing

We will visit a few different spots on our trip, all standing deep and with flat water. We normally start with the first kite session at sunrise and the last at sunset. There will always be somebody on the beach throughout the day to help you set up kites and boats will run from the Yacht to the beach at any time. We offer kitesurfing beginner lessons and equipment rental as well.

Other Activities

Apart from kitesurfing, we offer scuba diving on the kite cruises as well. On less windy days this is a great opportunity to explore Egypt from a different perspective or you can go on a wakeboard ride behind one of the tenders. The Yacht has a sundeck with a little bar where you can enjoy drinks in the evening or relax in the daytime.

We offer 3 different boat categories for our kite cruise in Egypt: - Premium *see pictures - Premium Plus - Luxury All the yachts take up to 22 Guests and have about 4 double and 8 twin cabins. The Premium yachts have a very high standard of comfort and food, this is the boat we use for most of our trips. On the Premium Plus and Luxury, the level of luxury is a bit higher and they come with a jacuzzi on board. On all boats, the meals are served as Buffett.
